Data Deletion Instructions

Adara (“Adara”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by LUNR, is an AI-powered Meta Ads optimization platform. This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, including data we obtain through the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs when you connect your advertising accounts.
01 What Data This Covers
A deletion request covers the personal data associated with your Adara account, including:
- Account information such as your name, email address, and company details.
- Meta advertising account connections and access tokens obtained through Meta APIs.
- Campaign, ad set, ad, performance, and reporting data retrieved from your connected accounts.
- Usage analytics, logs, and diagnostics tied to your account.
02 How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:
- Send an email to office@hellolunr.com from the email address associated with your Adara account.
- Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the name and email of your Adara account, and, if applicable, the Meta advertising account(s) you connected.
You may also disconnect Adara at any time from your Meta account settings under Settings → Business Integrations, which revokes our ongoing access to your Meta data.
03 What Happens Next
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you and revoke any stored Meta API access tokens. We will confirm completion by email, typically within 30 days.
We may retain a limited subset of information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements, as described in our Privacy Policy. Such retained data is securely stored and deleted once the obligation no longer applies.
