Adara is currently in Alpha. Some features may be incomplete, change, or behave unexpectedly, and bugs may occur. Paid subscriptions and credit packs are not publicly available yet. Adara does not automatically activate campaigns, activation stays separately controlled, and you review every consequential action before you approve it.

Included monthly credits reset each month and don’t roll over. Packs are one-time purchases, excluding VAT, and expire 12 months after purchase. Adara always spends the credits that expire soonest first.

Questions, answered
What counts as an ad managed at once?
Your plan’s capacity is the number of ads Adara is actively managing simultaneously. It is not a count of campaigns, ad sets, or everything you have ever run — an ad you have archived or handed back is not occupying a place.
Can I go below a plan’s included capacity?
No. The included capacity is the plan’s minimum and it is already part of the base price. You can scale up whenever you need to, and back down to the minimum, but not beneath it.
How are extra seats and ads priced?
An extra seat is €19 a month on every plan. An extra ad managed at once is €2 a month on Base and Growth, and €1.50 a month on Pro. Yearly billing charges ten months for add-ons too.
How does yearly billing work?
A yearly total is ten times your customized monthly total, so you get two months free on the whole plan — add-ons included, not just the base price. The full year is billed up front.
What does 0 included Ada Credits on Base mean?
Image and video generation is part of Base — the feature is there. What the plan does not include is a monthly credit allowance, so generation runs on Ada Credits you buy in a pack, and a pack works the moment it is purchased.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Without. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Adara is sold by LUNR Oy, a Finnish company; the VAT that applies to you is calculated and shown at checkout, based on your billing country and VAT details.
Will Adara ever change my ads without asking?
No. Every consequential change on every plan — budgets, bids, targeting, creative, and especially anything that starts spend — requires an explicit human approval inside Adara before it reaches the ad platform.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel any time in the billing portal — you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Refunds are separate: write to office@hellolunr.com and a person will read it. Refunding a credit pack removes the credits it bought, and any of those credits you’d already spent can’t be returned.
Do I have a 14-day right to change my mind?
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Credits are delivered immediately, so checkout asks you to agree to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that it ends the withdrawal right for credits you have received. Business purchases are not covered by the consumer withdrawal right. Either way, you can always write to office@hellolunr.com.
